Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ServiceFlow IQ (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. The Service
ServiceFlow IQ provides field service management software for trade contractors. Features include customer management, dispatch, scheduling, estimates, invoices, payments (via Stripe), SMS (via Twilio), email (via Resend), accounting sync (QuickBooks), and AI-driven assistance (Anthropic Claude). Optional partner integrations are billed separately.
3. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. We support multi-tenant workspaces — each tenant's data is logically isolated via row-level security.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Use the Service to violate applicable laws including consumer-protection, data-protection, financial-services, and telephone-communication laws.
- Attempt to interfere with the Service's integrity or performance.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions are paid in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Partner add-ons (Stripe, Twilio, BrightLocal, Lob, Vapi, etc.) are billed by those vendors directly unless explicitly otherwise noted.
6. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We act as a data processor under GDPR for EU customers. See our Privacy Policy.
You may export your data at any time via /api/tenant/export or request deletion via /api/tenant/delete. Deletion is irreversible and cascades across all tenant-scoped tables.
7. AI Features
AI features (Co-Pilot, dispatcher recommendations, photo-to-estimate, etc.) are provided on a best-effort basis. AI outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before they affect customer data, financial transactions, or dispatch. We never train foundation models on your data.
If you supply your own LLM API key (BYO-LLM), your usage is governed by that vendor's terms.
8. Service Level & Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Real-time status is available at /status. We do not provide a contractual SLA on the Starter tier; Growth and Scale tiers include SLA terms in the order form.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceFlow IQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to ServiceFlow IQ in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon termination you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and in-product notice at least 30 days in advance.
